• Express Delivery: Available in select areas for an additional charge, with delivery within 24-48 hours.
• Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: A nominal fee will be charged based on your location and order size.
• Free Delivery: Available for orders exceeding a specific amount (e.g., BDT 1,000).
• Any additional charges will be clearly communicated during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delivery Process

• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
• If no one is available during delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule.
